Raising Up the Next Generation: Our Teen Leadership Program

Leadership isn't a title. It's a posture.

That's the foundational idea behind our Teen Leadership Program, now in its third year. Twelve high school students are spending the school year learning what it means to lead like Jesus: from the bottom up, through service, with humility.

Each participant is paired with an adult mentor, completes 100 hours of community service, and leads a real-world project that addresses a need they've identified in their neighborhood.
